Multiple cards

Since I didn't post a card last week, I thought I would update with a few that I have done in the last few days. I have decided to pull down a stamp set and see what I can come up with, thought this would be a great way to use all my sets without ignoring some. So whatever stamp set I have pulled off the shelf is what you will be seeing. Hope you enjoy.

On the first card the santa image is from "The Angel Company" I used fun flock on his beard, hat rim and ball. The strip of ribbon is some old velvet ribbon I have had around for years and just never used. The sentiment is a new hostess set from Stampin Up punched out with Stampin Up's curly label punch and layered offset on another curly label punch out.

On the second card, the monkeys are also from "The Angel Company". I used Stampin Up's spiral punch to create the border of the film strip. I also used Stampin Up's modern label punch and word window punch on the sentiment.

The third card image is from Stampin Up. I embossed the background with Stampin Up's spooky skyline wheel and then layered the image on white and then on black. The ric rac ribbon I found this morning at a garage sale for ten cents and it glows in the dark.

Birthday Card using Cricut Expression and SCAL

This card is my first attempt at trying out a program that I had bought for my Cricut expression. This program is awesome and it will work on all 3 cricuts. The layout for this card was cut on the cricut expression (happy birthday and inside frame) after designing it in SCAL [Sure Cuts A Lot Software]. I used a white card base and layered with Stampin Up's certainly celery cardstock and stamped image. The frame was cut out on Stampin Up's in-color rich razzleberry cardstock. The certainly celery cardstock and frame were stamped in versamark using the rubber stamped image in the center for texture. The image in the center was stamped with Stampin Up's razzleberry ink and then stamped a second time to create a lighter image. I added a white organdy ribbon and some dazzling diamonds. I also added two word window punches that were ran through the cuttlebug using the swiss dots folder.
Thanks for looking.
