TGF Creepin Crew easel drawer card

Here is another easel drawer card using an image from The Greeting Farm Creepin Crew set.  The papers used are from the DCWV Flower Shower stack. The image was colored using alcohol markers and I paper pieced her hat, shirt and pants. She is stamped on an oval nestabilitie and layered on a scalloped oval nestabilitie. The sentiments are from Stampin Up and The Angel Company. The button embellishments are ones I had in my stash. This project is 4 1/4" squared. I used a Tim Holtz hitch fastner for the drawer pull. I used the Sakura Stardust pen for her eyelids.

Teacher Easel Box Card

Here is an easel box card that was made for my daughter's teacher. The card and box are 5"x5" square. The notebook background paper was plain white cardstock that I had used a ruler and drew lines on and then stamped with an assortment of stamps. I used the Stampin Up spiral punch for the notebook edging. The girl is a C.C. Designs "Honey Teacher" stamp that I paper pieced and colored in with alcohol markers and matted with spellbinders. The "Just for you, Teacher" sentiment stamp is from the "More Gift card sentiments" stamp set  from My Creative Time. On the drawer of the box I had stamped and colored the pencil and apple separately and added glossy accents and then adhered them to the front of the drawer. The drawer pull is a Tim Holtz hitch fastener. The red and green designer paper is from Stampin Up. Inside the drawer we placed some sticky notes and shaped paperclips.

Birthday Card

This card was made for my daughter using a couple of retired sets from Stampin Up (little girl and balloons). The clouds are from a CTMH stamp. The butterlies are from the Stampin Up sizzix beautiful wings die which I have placed a pearl in the center of the butterflies. The grass is from a TAC stamp set which I stamped in wild wasabi ink from SU and sponged around the bottom edge in the same ink color. The clouds and girl were masked and sponged with SU sky ink as well. I then cut the image out with my nestabilities and layed with another nestabilitie die. The balloons were stamped on different patterened papers and cut out. I then placed them on foam dots to add dimension. I adhered some white floss for the strings of the balloons and attached them to her hand, I added the button for a little added interest. The girls overalls and top were paper pieced and shaded with markers.

Fairy Birthday Backpack

I made this backpack for a friend of mine for her birthday. The instructions for the backpack were from Splitcoaststampers.com I used the fairy set from Stampin Up for the main image that was paper pieced and shaded with alcohol markers and then cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities.  Studio G dollar stamps were used for the embossed images in the background. The top flap of the pack was cut using Tim Holtz Ornate on the edge die. In the front pocket I placed a small 3x3 card and placed a small gift inside the backpack which is held closed with velcro.

Thanks for stopping by.

Simple Sympathy Card

Sympathy cards are some of the hardest cards to make. Here is one I recently done for a freind. The stamp is from Stamping Up. The image was stamped on white textured cardstock and cut with a rectangle Nestabilitie die and layered with a scalloped Nestabilitie die cut from patterned paper. The background is white cardstock that I ran through the Cuttlebug with a Stampin Up embossing folder.

Magic birthday card

This card was made for a friend's birthday. I used a stamp from Stampin Up and colored it with copic markers and cut out with square nestabilities. that was layered on a square scalloped nestabilitie. Using a stamp-a-ma-jig, I stamped the image on a piece of acetate to match up with the colored image and adhered both pieces with a Stampin Up round tab punch (I adhered one end to the back of colored image and the other end to the front of acetate so that it created a hinge). This is a 5x5 card with two background layers, the acetate and image are sandwiched between a layer of cardstock that is mounted to the card with dimensionals, when you pull up on the tab the colored image is revealed under the acetate. I framed the image with a scalloped square nestabilitie with a square cut from center and embellished the corners with brads.
